IM Impower started as an AI implementation firm. We spent years building real systems for real businesses: automating workflows, designing AI-powered CRMs, deploying computer vision in clinics, running influencer campaigns at scale with AI agents, and cracking operational bottlenecks that no one wanted to touch. We became educators because clients kept asking us to teach their teams what we already knew from doing it.

We've built more POCs and MVPs than we can count, solved messy human problems inside messy organizations, and learned exactly where AI creates real value and where it's just expensive noise.
